Empowering the next generation to become leaders in environmental sustainability and technological innovation is our mission. Through educational events, community-based projects, and research opportunities, we aim to raise awareness about climate change and equip young individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to address environmental challenges and drive positive change for the future.
Meet the Team

Brandon Yu
Brandon Yu is a sophomore at River Hill High School, where he actively participates in the school's coding club and the Youth Climate Institute in Howard County. Passionate about leveraging technology to preserve the environment and advocating for climate action, he believes in the power of youth commitment to create a sustainable planet for future generations. In his free time, he likes to play volleyball, play saxophone and travel with this friends and family

Jerry Huang
Jerry Huang is a junior at Gilman School in Baltimore, MD, with a passion for science, engineering, and environmental conservation. He is the president of his school's 3D printer club and captain of the Robotics team. Jerry is dedicated to designing robotics to enhance society, particularly in the fields of healthcare and environmental conservation, a passion he has pursued through various research internships. In his free time, Jerry enjoys cooking, playing Rubik’s Cube, hiking, and traveling.

Owen Fan
Owen Fan, a freshman at River Hill High School, has a keen interest in computer science, cyber security, and AI engineering. Owen is an active cuber, marking his presence in the world Rubik’s WCA competition since the age of 9. Beyond academic, Owen is also an athlete who currently plays in an AA hockey team. He is also deeply committed to serving his community, as an active seaman in the US Naval Sea Cadet Corps and a certified lifeguard.

Kyle Chen
Kyle Chen is a sophomore at Atholton Highschool in Howard County who is interested in engineering, marketing and economics. He also enjoys participating in events to help others and meet new people. In his free time he loves to play video games and draw. Keeping himself active Kyle plays hockey at the AA level. When he has time he loves to travel going to many places around the world.
